The Board organised the 22nd Basic Workshop for Insolvency Professionals, registered with IBBI, on 11th June, 2021, in virtual mode. The Workshop comprised five sessions covering, IBC Ecosystem and Regulatory Framework; IBC and Evolving Jurisprudence, Insolvency and Bankruptcy of Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors, Prepack Insolvency Resolution Process and Ethics and Code of Conduct for IPs. Mr. Sudhaker Shukla, WTM, IBBI delivered the inaugural address. The speakers included Mr. Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Chief General Manager, IBBI; Mr. Satwinder Singh, Insolvency Professional; Mr. Madhusudan Sharma, Insolvency Professional; Ms. Dipti Atul Mehta, Insolvency Professional and Ms. Pooja Bahry, Insolvency Professional.
