As part of the ongoing ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ celebrations, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) organised the 14th Advanced Workshop for Insolvency Professionals, on 11th January, 2022, in virtual mode. The Workshop comprised four sessions covering Pre-packaged Insolvency Resolution process; Transaction Audit; Mediation, Conciliation, and Negotiation;, and Operational matters in CIRP: Hostile Situations – Case Study. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Chief General Manager, IBBI inaugurated the Advanced Workshop and delivered the introductory remarks, setting the context for the Workshop. The speakers included Mr. Satwinder Singh, Mr. Pravin R. Navandar, Mr. G.P. Madaan and Mr. R. Raghavendran, Insolvency Professionals. The workshop ended with a vote of thanks by Mr. Pankaj Kumar, AGM, IBBI.
